I deeply care about Utah’s future. With its stunning landscapes and business-friendly environment, our state is drawing unprecedented in-migration. To keep pace, developers have built nearly new housing units since 2020, with several major master-planned projects underway. This growth brings exciting opportunities and new challenges.Utah is becoming a hub for data centers, fueled by AI demand, and recent federal and state policies supporting nuclear energy position us to lead in innovative energy solutions. Utah’s abundant natural resources enable us to address gaps in U.S. manufacturing and rare earth minerals, exposed by recent trade negotiations. Efforts are underway to increase state control over federal lands to further support our growth.This rapid expansion has strained Utah’s energy grid, creating substantial delays for energy users and producers. We founded Hanifer to navigate these challenges. With expertise in energy policy/regulation, project development, and commercial real estate, plus strong relationships in the energy sector, we are well equipped to deliver creative solutions for your energy needs.I believe in long-term thinking and putting others first. My mantra is to be the change I wish to see in the world. I envision a future where we can collectively rediscover the value of quality, timeless architecture and urban planning, reinvigorate Utah\'s manufacturing base, unlock the state\'s vast natural resources, and restore clean air to the Wasatch Front.
