Naukri.com Monster.com Times jobs.com) consultants Internal Reference and through own network of contacts.=> Screening & short-listing of candidates profile.=> Communicating to candidates to find out candidates suitability as per our requirement and also to know their interest=> Sending CV\'s promptly as per client needs.=> Scheduling of Interviews of the candidates and coordinating with the Tech panel to make themselves available for the interviews.=> Scheduling interviews as per the client requirement.=> Scheduling interviews & follow up with candidates as well.=> Preparing interview schedule for both.=> Coordinating telephonic & direct interviews for the candidates=> Doing reference check for the candidates.=> Direct co-ordination and negotiation with the clients.=> Regular follow up with clients for the feedback=> Keeping track of the complete placement cycle from first round of interview till joining.=> Keeping in contact with the candidate even after joining as to have better understanding of his experience with the new employer.=> Identifying new clients and business opportunities.=> Strategically carry out the assignments.=> Hosting new job availability in the websites=> Doing Job Postings on portals.=> Conducting the meetings / reviews with Team Members for motivation as well as for Updating on Targets.=> Submitting Weekly Report to Sr. Authorities.
