Founded and lead a non-partisan youth civic organization focused on political literacy and engagement among Canadian youth- Manage a tricameral internal model: National Youth Assembly, Executive Board, and Advisory Board- Oversee internal operations, strategic partnerships, and national outreach initiatives- Coordinate with municipal, provincial, and federal leaders to ensure policy relevant youth consultation- Lead development of educational resources, policy recommendations, and youth-led advocacy campaigns- Organize events, focus groups, and digital campaigns to amplify informed youth voices in public discourse- Represent the organization in civic forums, youth advisory councils, and media related opportunities.
