I have an experience of 28 years plus in industrial automation and instrumentation field. Headed automation teams to design, develop and commission of cement plants and many other automation projects. Having skills to development of solutions for Process Insustry, Automated Assembly Systems, Factory Information Systems. Expert in industry standard PLC processors, HMI devices, VFD for the process control industry. Very strong on Allen Bradley side and Wonderware’s Intouch. Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics. Support for manufacturing plant floor operations. Design, programming and start-up of complex control systems. Working knowledge of electrical standards of panel design, and proficiency in the creation of designs and programs from concept through finished product. Multi-platform experience in the application programming and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) including Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc, and Modicon etc. Excellent skill to develop electronic operator interface screens (E.g. PanelView, RS View etc.). Solid PC & Networking skills with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Windows 2003 Server & Client. ACAD & Electrical CAD design. Good Knowledge & Concept of design and maintenance of Relational Databases like MsSqlServer, Industrial Sql Server & MS Access. Excellent skill to develop a full and complete electrical drawing package, with or without reference, to include power circuits, motor control circuits, control circuits and schematics, I/O, panel layouts, interlocks. Solid understanding and capability in integrating such elements as variable frequency drives, solid state motor control and other control devices commonly found in the manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge of integrating, calibrating and trouble shooting Instrument loops of Pressure, Liquid and Air volume, Temperature, Level, Feeding and Gas analyzer.
