Handling Recruiting, Training, Learning and Appraising to all store team as per SOP, also working closely with team and mentoring them on brand values, soft skills product knowledge and sales technique. Focus on every section to merchandise presentation as per Mock Shop, VM planning and ensure that stock reconciliation, merchandise has the correct price tag and offer signage’s update as per their SOP. Dealing with customer queries, complaints and problem solving, also handling unusual circumstances & Ensuring the customer satisfaction by providing quality service through the entire team.
