I’m a workforce strategy leader with over a decade of experience aligning talent plans to business goals across tech, automotive, and consulting environments. With a background that includes both in-house leadership and external advisory roles, I bring a unique perspective on how to build scalable, data-informed workforce strategies that drive business results.At Salesforce, I built and led a global workforce planning team from the ground up, defining the team’s charter and delivering insights that shaped hiring plans, organizational structure, and location strategy. Most recently, I developed a five-year workforce strategy focused on delivery model shifts, contingent labor, and global footprint—helping reduce costs while enabling scale.Earlier in my career, I held workforce planning and people analytics roles at HP, Toyota, and Apttus, and later advised Fortune 500 clients at Slalom on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model transformation.I love working at the intersection of people, strategy, and operations. Whether I’m embedded in an organization or supporting it from the outside, I focus on turning workforce data into clear, actionable plans that help leaders make smart, forward-looking decisions.
