Monitoring the fit-up & welding activities. Inspect pipe fit-ups, alignment and visual inspection of all welds Ensure that inspection/testing equipments at site are with valid Calibration. Preparation of Reports-Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Schedule of work. To verify all the process reports on daily basis. Ensure that approved WPS are followed, prepare daily inspection report To study Isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify and carry out the inspection work with respect to Standard Specification as applicable. Ensure that pipe supports have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details. Conduct safety walk through in the site in co-ordination with the safety department on weekly basis. Supervision, distribution and management of manpower. Preparing all work activities report and getting approval for the same from client. Supervise activities inclusive of fabrication, installation of piping, hydro testing and commissioning works.
