In 2008, I began my career as a community pharmacist, and became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in 2019, a milestone that reshaped my perspective on the pharmacist’s role and clinical decision-making.In 2021, together with an expert team, we developed Pharmlator to transform how pharmacists are trained and to elevate pharmacy education globally through simulation-based learning.My vision is to lead the future of medical education by shifting it from passive knowledge to real-world clinical competence.
