My PhD is titled \"Fault evolution and slip rates in magma-rich rifts using quantitative geomorphology and volcanic stratigraphy\". The broad aim of my PhD research is to quantify fault slip and extension rates and to understand fault network evolution in space and time using various geologic and tectono-geomorphic techniques.The project is part of the MSCA TALENTS Doctoral Network, that focusses on rift networks and the energy transition. I work with an international group of colleagues and supervisors, with multiple academic secondments at Imperial College London and industrial secondments in London.

ABOUT REHA CHANDRESH
I am currently pursuing a PhD focussed on \"Fault evolution and slip rates in magma-rich rifts using quantitative geomorphology and volcanic stratigraphy.\" My research broadly aims to quantify fault slip and extension rates while exploring the spatial and temporal evolution of fault networks through various geologic and tectono-geomorphic techniques. I am a proven team player and an approachable leader, with good communication and public-speaking skills. I can quickly adapt to new environments, work under pressure, and successfully manage multiple projects and roles simultaneously by providing innovative solutions to improve work efficiency. I am a respected and valued advocate within my department and college, as evidenced by my election to numerous representation roles while at Imperial.
