I provide financial management leadership to the Agency\'s senior managers to establish a clear set of policies and procedures ensuring the financial integrity of the Agency. This includes directing the daily operations of the CFO organization and providing technical financial management leadership for USAID’s worldwide controller network and for Washington operating units in executing the agency’s FTE and approximately $25 billion dollar financial portfolio.
