My scope spans education, CS Insights, special initiatives, and enterprise-wide Customer Success innovation that support adoption, retention, and growth.In this role, I oversee the CS Innovation Program, driving cross-functional initiatives that modernize how Customer Success engages customers, scales expertise, and adapts to AI-driven change.
