ABOUT ROSA ESTER SNYDER

Hej I’m a Senior UX Researcher with over 6 years of experience, working at the intersection of user research and product strategy.I tend to gravitate toward the messy middle of discovery - that phase where things are still blurry and stakes (and assumptions) are high. Usually, teams aren\'t just lacking \"user insights\"; they get stuck in tiring back-and-forth debates because they are not aligned on who they are actually building for and which problem is worth solving.This is the space I enjoy the most. My job is to help teams navigate conflicting assumptions and answer their most critical questions through focused, pragmatic research - turning a mountain of data into a shared conviction on what to build. I’m most effective when working with teams who are eager to learn and willing to adjust course based on research findings - because killing a bad idea is often the most valuable thing a researcher can do for the business. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time on a bike. I organise ultra-cycling events ‍ and explore new routes around Berlin. I occasionally support non-profits and impact startups through pro bono work.
