Responsible for all aspects of unit leadership and shaped the design of future generations of U.S. Naval technologySalvage Engineering Department Head with SUPSALV. Led the reserve SUPSALV response to the fire on the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6).Commanding Officer of SurgeMain Los Angeles. Branch Chief of Operations and Integration for the Engineering Directorate of the Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan. Was responsible for operations of a $9.1 billion infrastructure program comprising over 1,100 projects for the Afghan National Army and the Afghan National Police. Also spearheaded deep-dive analyses of ongoing Coalition construction projects in Afghanistan, leading to project revisions and construction cost savings of over $800 million.
