Flyscan develops the world’s first aerial inspection platform that uses hyperspectral imaging, lasers, RGB cameras and AI to detect liquid-hydrocarbon or gas leaks, right-of-way threats, and geohazards along energy pipelines long before they are visible to the human eye. The system is field-proven and backed by major pipeline operators.I lead both Product Management and R&D; this dual product-and-technology mandate allows me to drive strategy, execution and growth:• Define product vision, go-to-market and pricing strategy, aligning board, customers and partners with a multi-year roadmap.• Head cross-functional engineering, unifying AI & Machine Learning, Software, Cloud Processing, SaaS platform, Embedded & Sensor Hardware, GIS, Cybersecurity and DevOps under one agile umbrella.• Drive technical strategy for hyperspectral, remote-sensing analytics and real-time computer-vision pipelines that run at scale in Azure.• Build and mentor high-performing teams, growing directors, team leads, architects and product managers across Québec City, Montréal and remote hubs. Implement scalable development processes and governance frameworks to support rapid growth.• Collaborate on budget and investment decisions, government R&D programs, and own the intellectual-property strategy.• Engage with customers and investors, presenting the strategic direction and value of the product, driving stakeholder confidence, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.• Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that product innovations and improvements deliver the highest value to energy companies.• Serve as final escalation point for mission-critical delivery, revenue recognition and security compliance.
