ABOUT REGINE VILLARMEA
I am a 2L at USC Gould School of Law. I am a legal extern at Accordion Partners. During my 1L summer, I was a summer associate at Hillspire, LLC, a family-law office in LA. I worked in the corporate group and assisted with fund reviews, side-letter drafting and negotiations, investment tracking, research on open-source AI models, and more.I graduated in June 2024 from UCLA with two degrees in Public Affairs and Human Biology & Society. I have experience working as a legal advocacy intern at Elena\'s Light and as a legal assistant at Brian P. Kamel & Associates, where I gained litigation experience. I also have in-house experience as I was the first undergraduate legal operations intern at Equinix, the world\'s digital infrastructure company. I have a strong interest in the corporate legal field, particularly in the intersection of law, finance, and emerging technologies.
