I uncover opportunity for learning and growth in a complex and rapidly-changing world. At Noodle, I sit at the intersection of technology solutions and university partnerships, enabling our partners to be more effective, efficient and innovative leaders in lifelong learning. My background in higher ed innovation and product strategy allow me to shape products for universities that meet their learners\' needs, globally.I am also the co-founder and the operational lead for Ayara Learning Systems, a global organization that recognizes the disconnect between traditional education and the required skills of workers in the future and seeks to empower students to thrive in the future. We have created a learning platform for hundreds of teachers and students to learn core life skills - creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration - through applied, immersive learning. Previously, I was at The New School where I was responsible for the expansion and growth of innovative education through partnerships that explore new education models, platforms, and markets. I worked with innovative partners and companies to provide hands-on learning curriculum that enables creativity and forward-thinking solutions. Prior to my unexpected journey into education, I spent 5 years working in financial services, primarily in strategy roles supporting global medium- to long-term investment planning and product development.
