Responsible for managing IT Digital Network Modernization initiatives, and related projects lead by the Client Executive/ Portfolio Management Team of the Services Delivery branch. Guided by the principles of the Project Management Framework and System Development Life Cycle. Project Objective - upgrade network capacity for RCMP Sites through Low Earth Orbit Satellite, traditional Local Internet Access Service connections & SD-WAN configurations, involving the leading the project to provide modern, enterprise networks that are secure, reliable, and accessible. Improving capacity of RCMP network for increased bandwidth utilization for initiatives such as Body Worn Cameras, implementation of increased Internet capacity, SD-WAN capabilities and monitoring for new connections. • Managing the project through the development and delivery activities ensuring effective tasking, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of project activities and resources that may span multiple stakeholders, enterprise branches and divisions of the organization.• Preparing detailed project documentation, including charters, project management plans, business cases, or other project documentation following Portfolio Management Office framework. • Managing operational activity initiatives’ artifacts by developing milestones/objectives, organizing, updating project reports/decks; forecasting budgetary expenditures/costing sheets and financial key considerations and assumptions; human resources plan, change management in scope and schedule. • Communicating with stakeholders, including reports and presentations to senior management. Facilitated risk register meetings, weekly status update meetings, collected evidence on monitoring and configuration of a new service at the pilot sites/full roll out projections. • Managing project related to the piloting new technologies by planning project level activities and Pilot schedules.• Problem resolution by utilizing an Enhanced Oversight approach
