When I started college, I thought I wanted to be in operations management, but found marketing calling out to me after that first year. Studying both, I learned that I actually enjoyed the intersection of the two: delivering operational efficiencies that empower marketing teams. I do this through understanding how data drives decision making, possessing deep knowledge of project and program management, focusing on iterative processes that increase speed to market, and investing time to understand how AI underscores all of it.
