I was responsible for the following things-Defining the agency’s vision, strategic initiatives and programs to build and strengthen Wisconsin’s workforce in the 21st century and beyond-Decision making, recommending agency annual budgets and fiscal plans to the Governor and Legislature-Leadership, providing overall direction for the department, managing the departments finances, resources and overseeing the work of other executives, associates and building a unified team with a shared purpose, mentoring staff, encouraging growth and development. As the President and CEO of the Ascension Foundations of Wisconsin, I was responsible for-Development and execution of the strategy, effective administration and oversight of all operations,$80M funds management and external affairs to achieve Foundation goals in collaboration with the Board. Currently, as the Chief Community Impact & Advocacy Officer for Ascension Wisconsin, I am responsible for-Overseeing and managing a P&L of $10M+ annually that improves access to care.My strengths include building mutually beneficial partnerships and establishing the strategy and process to achieve targeted outcomes while monitoring and measuring the relationship to ensure continuous growth.
