Reginald has a deep track record of successfully developing and implementing initiatives across a variety of communications disciplines including, earned media/public relations, public policy, paid marketing and research.As a communications and public policy professional, his work has included helping to shape the direction of some of the country\'s largest and most recognizable consumer brands, non-profits and political leaders, including Procter & Gamble, Chase Manhattan, Bank of America, Obama for America (Ohio), and spearheading the marketing initiatives of the real estate tech startup, Netrieval.And as a political and policy advisor, Reginald has served as an aide to numerous presidential, gubernatorial, municipal candidates and elected officials. Reginald oversaw the North American marketing initiatives for Procter & Gamble’s Pampers, a “legacy brand” for the consumer product giant. As a result of his team’s efforts overseeing the brand’s strategic direction, managing consumer research and launching a national advertising campaign, the brand enjoyed significant increases in both sales and new consumers.Reginald is currently the chief policy and legislative advisor for the Chair of the New York City Council\'s Small Business Committee. In that capacity, he has spearheaded and negotiated on numerous legislative initiatives that have passed into law. Notably, he successfully worked to develop, shape and pass legislation governing technology and the operations of third-party food delivery platforms (such as Uber, DoorDash and ghost kitchens) in NYC.He has extensive working relationships with numerous reporters/editors covering technology, restaurants, politics, and third-party food delivery at the national, NYC and NYS levels. He has working relationships with business and technology focused lawmakers in NYC and NYS.
