Generate, manage, and reconcile annual Board budget in coordination with COO, CFO and accounting department• Generate and maintain Board Standard Operating Procedures, including meeting documentation (agendas, minutes, supplemental materials), meeting/committee scheduling, governance research, and overall stakeholder management• Plan, budget, and execute special projects through the President’s Office (i.e. 2023 multiday company retreat requiring more than 30 vendors for 200+ staff)• Provide executive support for President/CEO, including calendar management, complex travel, expense reporting, prioritize meetings, and create documents/presentations
