In my career as a team leader in multi-national companies, I have learned that the key to managing and leading a team of dynamic individuals is by focusing on my team members as unique individuals. This involves providing strategic guidance at a high level as well as focusing on the specific details of each project or task.In my role I am able to provide exceptional organizational skills and bring a level of discipline honed through years of experience. This experience includes working in cross functional organizations, technical design and support, as well as strategic vision and project planning.I’m known for a dedication to delivering on my promises and meeting deadlines, yet at the same time, focusing on the individual needs of my team and colleagues. My reputation has been built on delivering what I promise when I promise it and is an aspect of my personality known by both those I work for and those I lead.My experiences as a project and program manger I traveled to various parts of the world and whether I am in the U.S. or abroad one of the key things I have found is that it is so important to seek to understand people and how we can all work together to achieve our common goals. I love solving customer problems and realizing a solution that result in a feeling of happiness. Happiness for my company, colleagues and my customers. We all have the ability to bring value to the world and my goal is to remember that everyday.
