With a focus on relationship building, customized solutions, and data-informed decision-making, I partner with district and school leaders to implement high-impact instructional programs and professional development aligned with district goals, state priorities, and MTSS frameworks. In my role, I serve as a consultative partner to superintendents, curriculum directors, and school leadership teams—designing tailored academic recovery plans, supporting ESSA/Title I implementation, and introducing scalable intervention models in literacy, math, and social-emotional learning. I work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure program quality, timely service delivery, and measurable impact for the districts we serve.
