I lead Third-Party Risk Management and Vendor Management programs within a high-volume fintech payments environment, focused on strengthening governance, reducing risk, and supporting business growth.In my current role, I oversee a large and complex vendor portfolio and manage the full vendor lifecycle, including risk tiering, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issue remediation, audits, and reporting to senior leadership. I partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Procurement, and business owners to ensure vendors meet regulatory and operational expectations.A key area of my focus is improving program maturity. This includes stabilizing and reducing risk-prioritized assessment backlogs, standardizing processes, supporting acquisition integrations, and improving metrics and reporting. I approach TPRM as a strategic, scalable function that delivers value beyond compliance.I am also committed to developing high-performing teams through mentorship, training, and clear structure, and I value strong cross-functional collaboration as essential to effective risk management.In addition to my corporate role, I am exploring opportunities to extend my experience into vendor risk and regulatory compliance advisory work.
