ABOUT REGINA SALAZAR

I believe remarkable outcomes are created when reinvention is intentional and collaboration is core.I lead from the front lines—translating strategy into disciplined execution so transformation delivers measurable business results, not just plans. I’m globally experienced, results-driven and built a career transforming and empowering complex matrixed organizations through digital innovation, customer-centric strategies, business resilience and operational excellence. Curiosity and passion for collaboration make me a quick learner who swiftly adapts to new cultures, business models and diverse industries: • In the consumer goods industry, I led the development of digital strategies delivering smart appliance innovation and direct-to-consumer eCommerce, leveraging agile practices and data insights. I helped grow consumer satisfaction ratings across iconic brands like KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Whirlpool and Maytag. I built and led technical teams sitting in the intersection of Product (appliances), IT (software) and Marketing (e-commerce). • In the automotive industry, I led impactful business transformations, worked in IT, Manufacturing, Engineering and Aftermarket Distribution, gained hands-on experience in discrete manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, ERP implementations and international M&A integration. • In the metals industry, working for the largest global leader in aluminum rolling and recycling, I up-skilled a global digital team that delivered direct EBITA impact by deploying AI-powered smart manufacturing, forecasting and supply chain capabilities, modernizing enterprise systems, and transforming IT into a strategic partner. From improving data quality to incorporating GenAI to leading global initiatives and enhancing cybersecurity, I helped reshape the digital landscape and created a solid business-oriented IT culture. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully built high-performing global teams, launched COEs across software development, data, AI, and SAP, and championed diversity through leadership in employee resource groups and industry advisory boards. I’m honored to have been presented the Automotive Hall of Fame Young Leadership Award, recognized among the 50 Most Inspirational Women Leaders in Atlanta and have been a finalist and/or received several technology industry awards. A proud advocate for innovation with purpose, I’m energized by the opportunity to drive digital transformation, empower talent, and co-create the future of business.
