ABOUT REGINA RUPERT

Working with people has always been a passion of mines. I believe in the importance of team work and together we are doing what needs to be done. I\'m currently in school for Social Work at WSU working on my MSW. This has been very educational, reflective, and a growth of knowledge. Learning about what I\'ve been doing and having a name for it has been an experience. Being concerned about social justice, advocating for others, and being of service has taught me growth. I believe communication is very important and being able to have an interactive conversation and understanding helps everyone included in the team. Teaching and training young adults at life skills was a great feeling because they listened and learned what they needed to hear and know. My experiences have impacted my growth in a tremendous way. My job experiences have helped me to expand my knowledge in human services, housing, case management, intake, marketing, teaching, training and more.
