About me: Dr Rodman did her residency training in otolaryngology (ENT surgery) and was selected to do advanced training in facial plastic, reconstructive and craniomaxillofacial surgery. Her combination of training in craniofacial surgery as well as facial plastic surgery give her a unique skill set to perform bony cosmetic work. Dr. Rodman owns the solo private practice, Face Forward Houston. This practice is unique, Dr. Rodman\'s special training in facial plastic surgery as well as craniofacial surgery, makes her one of the few surgeons who specializes in bony contouring for cosmetics. She focuses on facial feminization surgery for transgender men and women, as well as jaw reduction and augmentation, chin reduction and augmentation, forehead reduction, brow bossing reduction and Adam\'s apple removal. She is double board certified in ENT and facial plastics and is well versed in more traditional aspects of facial plastics such as rhinoplasty, facelifts, neck lifts, eyelid surgery as minimally invasive procedures such as Renuvion, Jplasma, Botox and fillers.
