   For over 20 years, Regina Little has strived to make a difference, focusing on improving health care delivery and quality of care in both private and government health sectors. Her special area of focus is working with public and private hospitals health care systems. Her work involves the full spectrum of health system planning and operations, technology and infrastructure planning Currently, Ms Little is a senior executive, primarily serving the Department of Veteran\'s Affairs for a portfolio of Projects focusing on transforming the VA, bridging the gap between infrastructure development and the accompanying organizational changes and technology solutions required to increase access, address health equity and strengthen quality of care. She also is the firm\'s lead, supporting the VA and DoD military health sharing and integration to strengthen care delivery for military beneficiaries and veterans. Her areas of expertise include market based strategic/facility planning, governance reorganization,business process re-engineering and change management. Prior to this role, Ms Little was the Program Manager, supporting the BRAC JTF CapMed Program to build a new integrated world class health care system, consisting of the Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, VA. Ms Little managed activities including governance planning, schedule/risk management, concept of operations/business process engineering planning, strategic communications, IT deployment and clinical transition planning.Prior to Booz Allen, Ms. Little served in a number of roles including VP for Strategy at the Lewin Group and Regional Director of Planning for Daughters of Charity National Health System/Ascension Health.
