ABOUT REGINA HILLS

In 2004 I started my Property Management journey unexpectedly within the industry and quickly found my passion, and love for the business. Being part of the process of helping to assist a family in finding their perfect home was something that I found to be of great pleasure to me, and I\'m very passionate about it. I have a passion to help no matter what it is. I just enjoy helping others. My multifaceted career has afforded me to gain exposure to some awesome experiences in several sectors of the industry such as Lease-Ups, New Construction, Community Stabilization, Mid-Rise, High-Rise, Retail Shops, Conventional, and Affordable Communities. Within my career I have been responsible for market plans; executing strategies for under performing properties, team building and also help implement a “grow rents” plan. I must say out of the many roles and responsibilities I’ve been most passionate about is accessing the needs of an under performing property. By doing such can bring about an array of accomplishments such as happier team members, compliant and paying residents, capital improvement projects, resident retention, and happy owners. It is always my desire to do the very best job for my owners, show great leadership examples for happy team members, and to allow great and enjoyable living experiences for the residents. This industry is where my Love and Heart is.
