ABOUT REGINA BURNLEY
I help individuals and families make confident, well-informed decisions when it comes to real estate, financial protection, long-term stability — and compassionate home care support.Born in Cebu, Philippines and raised in Sacramento, California, I bring both a global perspective and deep local roots to everything I do.With over two decades of experience across real estate, escrow, title, lending, insurance — and now community care — I offer clients a rare, full-circle understanding of life’s most important transitions. My career began in escrow and lending, where I developed a deep respect for precision, timelines, and strong client advocacy. While living in Guam, I became a Realtor® and later founded my own service-based business, helping U.S. military families navigate successful homeownership with clarity and confidence. In 2017, I expanded my work into financial protection as a licensed life insurance agent, helping families safeguard income, assets, and legacy through living benefits and long-term planning. I partner with top carriers including AIG, F&G, ANICO, and NLG to provide customized solutions built for security and peace of mind.I also serve as a Community Care Liaison with Golden Years Home Care, where I work closely with seniors, patients recovering from hospitalization, and their families. My focus is to ensure safe transitions home, create personalized care plans, and help prevent hospital readmission by coordinating quality in-home support. I believe healing happens best when families feel supported, informed, and empowered.Clients and colleagues often describe me as: Trustworthy and solution-driven Detail-oriented yet approachable A connector who simplifies complex decisions A servant-leader who shows up when it matters mostBeyond business, I am deeply committed to leadership and advocacy in our community.I currently serve as:• President, APAPA Elk Grove Chapter• President-Elect, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Sacramento• Founding President, Filipino Chamber of Commerce SacramentoAt the heart of everything I do is relationship-building.
