I am the Process Safety Engineering Advisor for Eli Lilly. I previously worked at BASF for over 14 years in various roles. The last role I held at BASF was Global Process Safety Manager for the Performance Chemicals division. Prior to that role, I was the PSMRMP Compliance Specialist-LA Hub with several years of experience in the chemical industry working primarily in HAZOP Study, auditing, production optimization, leading plant trials, risk management, equipment commissioning, and troubleshooting. My experience encompasses all aspects of Process Safety and design from concept selection to final physical evaluations. I also have some experience in construction and start-up and operation planning. My experience also includes business development through proposal preparation, process modeling and FEED studies
