ABOUT REGINA AIELLO
Across nearly three decades in luxury and specialty retail, I’ve led teams through growth, reinvention, and profound operational change. My work has spanned multi‑unit leadership, large‑scale brand expansion, new technology implementation, and the development of high‑performing teams across more than 50 stores and hundreds of associates. What has remained constant is my belief that exceptional business outcomes are built on confident people, clear expectations, and leaders who know how to listen, teach, and elevate others. My career began on the sales floor, where I learned firsthand how trust, curiosity, and genuine connection shape the customer experience. As I advanced into multi‑unit and executive roles, I carried those lessons with me—scaling teams from 100 to more than 500 associates and architecting the first District Management structure within the company specifically to support and accelerate the growth of our franchise part of the business. Whether guiding the franchise through a pandemic, leading a companywide transition to D365, or bringing a full repair service in‑house, I approach every challenge with strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to the people doing the workI am energized when I’m teaching, training, and developing new talent. Coaching is not a task for me—it’s a source of momentum. I lead with empathy and high expectations, creating environments where teams feel supported, accountable, and capable of delivering extraordinary results. My greatest pride comes from watching people grow into leaders who are confident, focused, and sales‑driven because they understand the “why” behind the work and feel trusted to own it.I’ve built my leadership philosophy around the belief that operational excellence and human connection are not competing priorities—they are mutually reinforcing. When people feel seen and equipped, they perform with purpose. When systems are clear and consistent, teams can innovate with confidence. And when leaders model empathy, resilience, and curiosity, organizations become places where people and performance thrive together.Today, I bring that blend of strategic insight, relational intelligence, and operational rigor to every role I take on. I’m driven by the opportunity to help brands evolve, help teams rise, and help organizations build cultures that are both high‑performing and deeply human.
