Developing affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns• Working proactively with new and low performance affiliates to increase new sources of traffic• Maintaining relationships, renegotiating deals and continuously optimizing the performance of existing affiliates• Managing the advertiser marketing budget and maximising ROI on the affiliate program• Manage all affiliate tracking needs, including implementation of pixels.• Collaborating with the advertisers operational and creative teams to continuously improve acquisition tools such as site landing pages, specific registration flows, brand specific content to be used by affiliates and any other marketing materials required by our partners• Reporting on affiliate activity, objectives and program performance• Supervision, support and development of a team of Affiliate Managers, leading and managing the team, defining challenging targets, analysing performance, and identifying areas of improvement
