ABOUT REGGIE PREPETIT

I am an Executive Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and Business Development Strategist committed to building and strengthening best-in-class sales organizations. Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a top performer; continually leveraging my expertise in competitive market positioning, sales optimization, and strategic partnership building. I currently serve as an Executive Specialty Representative for Astellas; one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world. In this position, I have played an instrumental role in growing market share by promoting groundbreaking pharmaceutical products within the Urology, OB/GYN, and Oncology disciplines. I have additionally contributed towards Astellas leadership development initiatives as a Certified Sales Trainer; traveling across the country to coach and mentor new hires on critical sales skills to include territory management, customer engagement, and navigating the sales lifecycle. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College and am also active within the alumni community; currently serving as the Regional VP of the West for the National Morehouse Alumni Association. I also contribute as a Board Member for Astellas’ West Coast Division of the African American Employee Impact Group where I partner with my peers across the organization in creating and collaborating on employee development, community engagement, and public affairs initiatives.
