ABOUT REGGIE MURRAY

I am seeking a full-time position where I can utilize my talents and abilities, as well as gain some new experiences to further enhance and enrich my career. I would like to work with an organization that provides an opportunity to apply my knowledge, as well as to provide quality service for the staff. I am a hard worker, team player and able to manage multi tasks simultaneously.In my most recent role at Cypress.io, I supplied IT support to a staff of approximately 130 users, mostly based in the US. My tasks included managing user accounts for a large number of applications and services on various platforms, configuring and managing hardware inventory for new hires and offboarded users, configuring SSO/SAML/SCIM across multiple platforms, and configuring Jira Service Management as a ticketing system to fill a need. I developed a positive reputation with employees for handling IT matters in a friendly and professional manner with quick response times.In my previous role at Marigold (originally Emma and later CM Group), I essentially did the same thing but on a larger scale for a global staff of approximately 950 users. Being my first tech job, I learned much of what I know now from many amazing people I met along the way, and I grew into a capable and competent IT engineer. I am thankful for my time there, and I am ready to take the next step to learn and accept new challenges & opportunities for my career growth.
