I also launched performance improvement activities. As a result, I garnered 95% member satisfaction and retention. I host 15 annual national track and field meets, ten high school football games, and five special athletic events. I solidified four contracts for local facilities services totaling $125K with local schools and fitness organizations. As program manager, I supervise program quality, people development, procurement, logistics, sponsorships, and sports complex facility rentals for baseball, soccer, cricket, netball, football, softball, track and field, and basketball. I steer comprehensive athletic programs, manage a world-class, leading-edge facility, and develop capital improvement solutions—new and renovations. I underpin the financial stability of city-wide athletic enrichment initiatives, proposing long-range capital project improvements and continued amenities, equipment, and program development. In addition, I enhance youth sports, working with organizations and schools. I orchestrate the complete program life cycle, including scheduling, operations, budgeting, and proposals/bid specifications. I forge strategic partnerships to expand the program footprint.
