About Reggie L. Fire Administration

I have been fortunate to serve in the following roles: Firefighter, Police Officer, Firefighter-Paramedic, Adjunct Instructor for the Training Academy, Fire Investigator, Fire Captain, and now Assistant Division Chief. As one of the leaders within the professional development division, I believe in education. I have a strong background in fire, emergency services, heavy rescue operations, and the curriculum and preparation to serve in the Fire Services Administration, completing the Executive Development Institute, EDI hosted at Dillard University.I aim to advocate for education and training for myself and fellow firefighters and EMTs. A well-educated and trained team is essential for the department\'s success and the community\'s safety. I also hold myself and those I oversee to high standards of performance and integrity. I am dedicated to enhancing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the department while also ensuring that the department is functioning at its highest potential.

Delivers instruction aligned with U.S. Fire Administration and National Fire Academy curricula with an emphasis on leadership development operational effectiveness safety culture and organizational performance.Facilitates in person and blended learning courses using adult learning principles scenario based instruction and real world case studies. Brings current operational experience and institutional knowledge into the classroom to connect theory to practice while supporting meaningful professional growth for students at all levels of leadership.Collaborates with U.S. Fire Administration staff and instructional teams to maintain curriculum integrity evaluate participant performance and continuously improve course delivery in support of national fire service education and leadership development.
