Competitively selected following a nationwide CEO search to join this life-changing organization that offers adults with disabilities opportunities to live an integrated and fulfilling life through supported employment and residential services. Chosen because of 25+ year career dedicated to identifying and creating jobs and training opportunities for historically marginalized populations in West Virginia. Most recently, as CEO of Recovery Point from 2019 to 2024, dramatically grew this nonprofit that serves clients with substance use disorder. Successfully expanded Recovery Point’s offerings by providing holistic services similar to those offered and envisioned by PACE: 1) supported employment opportunities, 2) supported housing and 3) transportation to and from work. Another parallel with PACE’s own expansion, was successful launch of a licensed behavioral healthcare clinic to better serve clients.
