   Responsible for the effective use and administration of M365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook & Copilot, as well as Smartsheet, Google Workspace and Zoom. Managed Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID & Privileged Identity Management and implemented SSO and SCIM provisioning to enhance security and streamline enterprise application access. Developed solutions using Power Automate & Forms to streamline processes like onboarding & offboarding, employee recognition awards and tuition reimbursement approvals. Leveraged Power BI to create KPI Dashboards and task lists for the quality team, and created Excel macros to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Wrote a library of Powershell scripts to handle many of the administrative tasks. Led third-party software integrations by building automated workflows in Power Automate to extract HR data from the Paylocity API, generate custom CSV files and send them via SFTP to platforms like Compliance Wire, ProcessMap, OnSolve and Motivosity.Managed the transfer of all relevant M365 data, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Exchange mailboxes to Nestle Health Sciences as part of the Transition Services Agreement, covering approximately 100 users and over 250 SharePoint sites and Teams.
