This has gone on for a while and will for a bit longer, I\'d be doing it even in another profession. Each time do it a little cleaner and faster and clearer and more interesting, looking for tools which help do this and discard ones that don\'t and then make the tools we can\'t find. I\'ve drawn a lot of buildings and some of them are even built; built a few different ways, built from a bunch of different materials (do you have a new one?), built for people who used them to improve life but not for those who didn\'t need them. I talk about the work sometimes because it\'s important for others to understand, I also create moments for others to talk about their work as that\'s important too. There\'s other interesting stuff which I will talk about, sometimes too much, but please ask anyways; so, what do you want to make together?

   As a Sr Project Architect I\'m accountable for project financial performance and team communication in partnership with the Senior Designer and Senior PM. Using Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems Responsible for the issuance and content of deliverables, technical content of documents, coordination of disciplines including consultants, and for the supervision of all staff producing documents. Responsible for ensuring the overall design intent of the project established by the Sr. Project Designer is incorporated into the detailed documentation. Monitoring the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is consistent and properly executed. Supervises preparation of technical drawings by other less senior level architects or technicians. Mentors and directs the work of less experienced staff, participates in professional development reviews and “Lessons Learned” sessions. Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
