ABOUT REGAN ORA
I graduated from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) where I studied mechanical engineering. After graduating, I moved to Florida to work for Stryker Robotics. I joined Stryker as part of the Advanced Operations Global Engineering Development Program, where I completed rotations in Advanced Operations, Operations Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering. After completing the program, I transitioned into a project management role within Advanced Operations.I am currently an Associate Manager in Advanced Operations, leading a team focused on supplier development for new product development projects. We work closely with R&D and strategic suppliers to improve design for manufacturability, develop manufacturing processes, and support execution from development through launch.I’m currently working toward my MBA at the University of Illinois and enjoy collaborating with people who value continuous improvement, strong partnerships, and practical problem solving.
