ABOUT REGAN BRADLEY-BROWN
Regan Bradley-Brown, Supervising Attorney Regan Bradley-Brown is a culturally humble dependency attorney committed to increasing access to justice for communities involved in the foster care system. In 2024, she founded the Hair Love Fund, a program that provides culturally relevant hair care products to youth in foster care, promoting dignity and self-care. Regan has been a Supervising Attorney since 2023, an attorney since 2020, and has worked with the East Bay Children’s Law Offices (EBCLO) since 2019. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Beyond Emancipation, an organization supporting young adults transitioning from foster care. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from San Francisco State University. Her passion for politics led her to intern for U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and U.S. Representative Jackie Speier. Regan earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as President of the Black Law Student Association and worked as a Law Program Facilitator for youth impacted by the juvenile justice system. Regan’s career is grounded in community service, advocacy, and sharing legal knowledge to empower and uplift marginalized communities.
