   Providing the direct coordination and execution of resident training to Federal, State, tribal, and local first responders in Medical and Public Health (M/PH) disaster; and CBRNE incidents that require Federal response, as a results of a mass casualty incident (MCI). Subject matter expert in M/PH course content and participate in meetings/focus groups and discussions of training program opportunities to maximize the CDP’s instructor cadre and course offerings to ensure overall training capability and capacity within the M/PH health communities. Oversee all aspects of the SNS, and Mass Antibiotic Dispensing Train-the-Trainer (MADT) Courses, as course manager/point of contact (POC) in collaboration with the CDC\'s SNS course leadership.Provide direct oversight of the delivery of the Fundamentals of Healthcare Emergency Management (FRAME), Healthcare Leadership (HCL), Hospital Emergency Response Training (HERT), HERT Train the Trainer, Emergency Medical Operations (EMO), Advanced Public Information Officer: Health and Hospital Emergencies (APIOHHE), and the Pandemic Planning and Preparedness (P3) Courses, at the Noble Training Facility (NTF).Providing sound direction, guidance, leadership and project management for the major HC course offerings at the NTF; by ensuring the day-to-day training execution of these programs are conducted in IAW the required Programs of Instruction (POI) and CDP’s policies and procedures.Ensure the quality control of the delivery and support of; improvement to competency-based education and training programs used to train the national’s healthcare community; through on and off-site class monitoring, contract surveillance, training audits and instructor evaluations at the NTF and at non-resident training locations.Overseeing the successful completion of Resident and Non-resident Training as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the CDP\'s Training Delivery Services at the NTF and/or at off-site training locations.
