Over the last 7 plus years of my tenure with RBC, I’ve had the privilege of working closely in different markets and communities. I am a registered Royal Bank of Canada, Royal Mutual Funds Inc. representative. As a leader, I enjoy developing successful on boarding program for new advisors and take great pride in building lasting skills through coaching and working closely with my entire team. As part of Future Launch, I support fellow RBC leaders as a Facilitator for the Humber College Financial Literary Workshops.As a member of the community, I am the Vice- President of the Barbados Canada Association, assisting with the strategy, planning and execution of their annual Independence event. Additionally, I am part of an organization that accelerates the careers of BIPOC leaders with the focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
