Accomplishments include but are not limited to bringing Wells Fargo Vantage, a new client portal to market in under 10 months, develop new and maintain APIs across the entire bank that serve all client segments, develop and launch Vantage Connect, our embedded finance strategy. Prior to Wells Fargo, Reetika was the Head of Digital for the Commercial Bank at JPM Chase where she managed a team focused on delivering digital product solutions and product strategy for this highly profitable segment of the bank. At Silicon Valley Bank, Reetika was the Head of Payments Strategy and Solutions where she won multiple awards for her innovative work across the ecosystem. She was recognized for 4 consecutive years as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments as well as an \"Innovator to Watch\". She partnered closely with Fintech companies, Venture Capitalists and Private Equity firms in the core foundational years of the Fintech market. Prior to SVB, Reetika worked at early stage Fintech companies, was a consultant at a User-Centered Design firm and learned first-hand the challenges and triumphs of running a small business.
