Hello! I\'m Reetika Baniya, and I\'m passionate about the intersection of finance, business development. Currently, I am pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance from MET Institute of Management, Mumbai. This program is providing me with advanced financial knowledge and strategic insights, preparing me to tackle complex financial challenges and contribute meaningfully to the evolving landscape of finance. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance. Building on this foundation, I pursued a Master\'s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Business Studies, enhancing my analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. I had completed a 4-month internship at Finance LOOKUP Advisor, a CA firm, where I worked on business development, fintech market and product development. Also I have 15 months of work experience at RBL Bank as an Executive Officer in Operations Under Digital Payments Team. In this role, I have successfully driven innovations and operational efficiencies in Prepaid Payment Instrument Operations, contributing to an enhanced banking experience, where I worked on Day-to-Day Reconciliation of all the settlement, Managing Escrow Partner On-boarding and Limit Monitoring. GL Reconciliation and Network Settlement. I am passionate about learning new things and also exploring new opportunities. I believe that consistency is the key to achieve your goal.
