Manage facility capex planning, including Planned Preventive Maintenance and asset replacement plans,and provide operational input for capital and other facilities related projects to ensure successful delivery and operation.Partner Management - Responsible for managing the third party service providers during project Implementation. Ensure the right utilization of the resources and budgets. Monitor and communicate the performance of service provider. Ensure the compliance to company processes, Methodology and code of conduct by sub-contractors and partnersAudit,SLA,AMC and Analysis – Ensuring SLA met by AMC service provider vendor without fails. Time to time follow up with vendors for meeting SLAs / redefining them as per requirement. Timely follow ups with vendors for AMC renewal. Resource management and optimization in the facilities Regulatory compliance at Site - Responsible for complying all statutory applicable standards at the specific site/project related to technical equipments and also Ensuring 100% statutory compliance as per local authority regulation. Coordination with builders, government officers and SEZ authorities as and when required.Training and Development - Responsible for providing the training to internal staff as well as to the partners to build competency in delivering successful services. Update and educate myself with the current applicable technologies, tools, processes and standards
