Employee Lifecycle Management:Corporate & Leadership Onboarding • Leading onboarding for corporate function and Leadership role across organizations.•Accountable for pre-onboarding arrangement such as relocation air tickets/stay accommodation/workplace/ ID & visiting card for new joiner. • Accountable for new joining circular & induction plan.Payroll Management:• Liaising with Payroll Lead to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs relating to new employees, leavers, Onetime payment/Joining Bonus/Salary Advances/loan advance recovery and contractual changes deadlines. Exit Management:• Accountable for exit clearance for Corporate & leadership level employees across organizations. HRIMS System Management:• Ensuring employee transaction related action such as transfer, promotion, band change, master change on the employee portal.• Highlighting the key issue pertaining to employee portal to the concerned team member.Employee Benefits:• Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, personal accidental insurance and employee assistance.• Accountable for timely data sharing with vendors for Group Mediclaim enrolment, Group personal accident enrolment, employee discount benefit and annual health check-up, new hire & attrition analysis engagement.Vendor Management: • Interacting with new vendors for employee benefit service and ensuring timely renewal of existing service agreement & payments.Others: • Closely working with HR Manager to support, implement and participate in change initiatives across the organization as required.• Generating reports such as hiring tracker, F&F status for management use internally and externally in an accurate and timely manner.• Accountable for generating employee letter post approval & process of ‘Fixed term contracts / Service extension of employment and payments by accounts team.
