Handle fraud-related cases under Sections 318 & 319 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, cyber fraud, and trade advance issues; maintain legal MIS/FMS systems and ensure strict statutory compliance. Oversee contract vetting, pleadings review, case strategy formulation, record maintenance, and filing of cases before courts and tribunals. Conduct in-depth legal research, extract relevant case law, and coordinate with counsels, clients, and court staff to ensure smooth and timely resolution of matters.
