As a Unit HR, I was responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations and ensuring smooth HR processes within the unit. My role included handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new employees. I managed payroll support and ensured proper attendance management by maintaining accurate employee records and monitoring daily attendance, leave, and shift details.I also handled employee grievance management by addressing concerns, resolving workplace issues, and maintaining a positive and transparent work environment. In addition, I coordinated employee engagement activities, training programs, and organizational events to improve team morale, participation, and overall workplace culture.My responsibilities also included maintaining HR documentation, supporting compliance with company policies, assisting in employee communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between management and staff. I worked closely with different departments to support workforce planning and operational requirements. Overall, my role involved managing end-to-end HR functions to support employees, strengthen HR processes, and contribute to the effective functioning of the organization.
